Personal profile

Li Xin, male, born in 1973, master, associate professor, master supervisor. Mainly engaged in the research of crop molecular breeding. Members of Shanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Crop Genetics and Gene Improvement, and Shanxi Provincial Scientific and Technological Innovation Team of Wheat Genetics and Molecular Breeding. In 2013, won the first prize of Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Award: "Cytogenetic Mechanism of Wheat Germplasm Innovation and Molecular identification of Novel Exogenous Resistance Genes"

Main Research directions

1. Exploration of exogenous resistance genes in wheat.

2. Molecular mapping and cloning of resistance genes in wheat.

Overview of Teaching and Research

Mainly engaged in scientific research of crop molecular breeding, and successively presided over 4 programs at the provincial and university level, participated in more than 30 programs at the national, provincial and university level. Published more than 60 papers in international and national academic journals, of which more than 20 papers have been included by SCI. Obtained three national invention patents. Won the first prize of Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Award.
